The Spring Festival of 2011 is coming, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 The holidays are from the 29th (1st) to the 5th (7th) and the 6th (8th) of the lunar calendar. The Spring Festival holiday does not include the normal monthly holiday stipulated by the company.
2、 In order to let the employees enjoy the Spring Festival and increase their welfare, the company decided to take paid rest (basic salary) and issue shopping coupons. The standard is 200 yuan for employees who have worked in the company for more than half a year and 100 yuan for employees who have worked in the company for less than half a year.
3、 During the Spring Festival, the specific overtime and duty plan of the production department shall be arranged by the workshop office; other departments shall reasonably arrange the duty personnel and earnestly perform their respective duties.
4、 The standard of overtime allowance during the festival: the production department staff is calculated according to the normal working hours, other departments staff are calculated according to the 24 hours on duty, each person on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th is subsidized 240 yuan per day, and each person on the 1st, 5th, 6th and 7th is subsidized 180 yuan per day. The subsidy for staff on duty less than 24 hours in other departments other than the production department shall be halved.
5、 During the festival, all staff working in the company are free to eat.
