At present, it has entered the winter, the air is dry, and the fire hazards are increasing. Recently, a number of fire accidents have occurred in some areas of China, causing casualties and property losses. The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to them. The general office of the State Council has issued the notice of the general office of the State Council on further improving fire protection work and Resolutely Curbing major and special fires (gbfd [2010] No. 35).
In order to implement the spirit of the notice and ensure the safety and stability of the company, all departments should attach great importance to it, earnestly implement the safety responsibility, and conscientiously do a good job in winter fire prevention. The specific requirements are as follows:
1、 All departments should attach great importance to fire safety. Logistics Department, production department, outsourcing construction department and other departments should investigate and rectify fire safety hazards in their jurisdiction.
2、 From the date of the notice, all departments shall quickly conduct a comprehensive inspection on the fire safety in their respective areas, mainly to check whether there are fire hazards in staff dormitory, office area, meeting room, canteen, workshops, laboratories, machine rooms, power distribution rooms, boiler rooms, liquid ammonia tanks and other personnel gathering places and key fire prevention parts.
3、 Check whether the fire passage is smooth, whether the fire-fighting equipment is in place, and whether the fire-fighting facilities and equipment are intact.
4、 It is strictly forbidden to use electric heating products such as induction cooker, alcohol stove, electric heater, electric mattress and fast heating. It is strictly forbidden to stack inflammable and explosive articles in the dormitory, and it is strictly forbidden to connect wires in the dormitory.
5、 The cartons and inflammable waste materials stacked in the factory and office buildings should be disposed of in time.
