Education and training

1、 Training category

(1) New employee induction training

1. Trainees: new employees.

2. Training purpose: let new employees understand the company's rules and regulations, corporate culture, safety production and other content, in order to adapt to the new working environment as soon as possible, enter the work role.

3. Training form: internal teaching, visit, etc.

4. Training content: the management department shall carry out safety education for new employees, and the employees' department shall carry out three-level education of company, Department (workshop) and team.

(2) Internal training

1. Training object: company staff.

2. Training purpose: to make the relevant personnel of each department familiar with the requirements of operation documents of the Department, and implement them according to the requirements of operation documents.

3. Training form: internal teaching, staff mutual learning or self-study.

4. Training content: operation documents issued by each department.  

(3) External training

1. Training objects: the company's highly professional employees to be trained, excellent employees, middle-level and above management personnel.

2. Training purpose: relying on external expert training, improve the professional skills and management skills of employees in their own work, so as to improve the completion quality of various work and improve work efficiency.

3. Training form: training and learning in relevant professional positions of similar enterprises; participating in external open classes, exchange seminars, or hiring external lecturers to teach.

4. Training content:

1) Training for special types of work, including electrician, boiler worker, crane worker, welder, crane worker, motor vehicle driver in the factory, physical and chemical experimenter and other employees who need to apply for operation certificate according to national requirements.

2) All kinds of professional skills training, including safety, quality, finance, sales, human resources, administrative management and other professional management training, production technology, production process and auxiliary production post technical training and difficult problems training.

2、 Training implementation

(1) New employee induction training

1. New employees must receive induction training. The induction training is organized by the management department and will be organized at the time of employee induction according to the specific situation.

2. Content of induction training

1) Management department: introduction of company profile (including company profile, company organization, corporate culture, etc.); focusing on safe production, safe operation and safety management, supplemented by other necessary system training;

2) Department: company system, staff discipline, quality policy and quality objectives, quality manual, relevant procedure documents.

3. After the training, all new employees must take examinations. The examinations are organized by the teaching department. The teaching department provides examination questions and marking work. The examination papers are stored in my training file.

4. If the new employee fails to pass the induction training, the teaching department shall arrange the make-up examination or cancel the employment qualification according to the actual situation.

(2) Internal training

1. The company level internal training is organized and implemented by the management department, and the department level internal training is organized by each responsible department.

(3) External training

1. Combined with the company's internal training needs and external resources to determine training courses, strictly implement the approval procedures. The external training arranged by the company is organized by the management department, and the external training participated by individuals is organized by the Department of the trainees.

2. Relevant materials (including teaching materials, handouts, certificates, etc.) obtained from external training must be submitted to the management department for filing. If you need to check, you can go through the borrowing procedures at any time.

3. For the external training organized by the company, the trainees who go out for training must give feedback on the training effect in an appropriate way, including the evaluation of the overall level of training courses, lecturers and training institutions, and submit them to the management department for filing.
